Genesis of the vagina presents the, gynecologist wifh the unique opportunity to create an artificial organ. If his efforts are successful, he may.after the course of the patients life.
We present here a case of congenital vaginal agenesis in a 22 year old, unmarried girl whom was treated successfully with the surgical reconstruction of artificial vagina and full thickness skin grafting in this hospital.
